I just had a great Canada Day weekend! My bestie, Jess, came up to join me for the long weekend festivities. We celebrated the entire weekend by going to the beach, eating ice cream, going to the bar for country night, and going sailing. The beach we went to is one of my favorites in the province! It has white sand beaches and it's close to the city! It was a great weekend and we couldn't have asked for better weather. I hope everyone enjoyed their Canada Day! 

Valley Girls

I went home this past week for my brother's high school graduation! Before the ceremony, my sister and I went for a short drive around the valley and stopped at the park where I took my prom photos in high school. Since it was a nice day, we decided to take some more pictures! Tell me what you think!

Walk in the Park

While my sister was down for a weekend we decided to go to a park downtown to take some pictures. One of my favorite things to do is to go for runs in this park, so I'm lucky I live so close to it. Before going to the park we went to the market without eating breakfast first. BAD IDEA. Whenever I go to the market, I always buy so many sweets and pastries. I'm really going to need to start working out again if i want to keep up this lifestyle!

"The Lone Tree" Premier

The premier to my first short film was back in April, but I've been procrastinating a lot! Shooting the film was so much fun, and I met so many fun and talented people! Despite standing out in the cold for many hours while shooting and the long days, I would do it again in a heartbeat. The premier was lots of fun and so many of my friends came out to see my performance on the big-screen! Above is a picture of the movie poster and a shot of my friends and I after the premier. 

Olympics 2012 Commercial

If you are currently living in Canada you should check out the Olympics 2012 commercial I'm in! We shot part of this commercial in Peggy's Cove and St. Margaret's Bay in one day! It was a great experience and I consider this a big accomplishment for myself! Be sure to check out the other commercials before the games begin!
